Service Agreement Overview

As Divisionmarketar provides professional digital marketing and SEO services rather than physical products, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies. This document outlines our approach to service satisfaction and cancellation.

Nature of Our Services

Our SEO optimization and digital marketing services are delivered over time and involve strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Once work has commenced, certain efforts cannot be reversed or returned.

Return Timeframe

Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service initiation or within 7 days of receiving deliverables, whichever is applicable. Requests submitted after these timeframes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, services must not have been substantially completed or delivered. If deliverables have been provided, they must be returned unused and in their original format. Custom work that has been implemented or integrated into your systems may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

As we provide digital services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if any physical materials were provided as part of a service package, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error or a defective deliverable.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, contact us through our contact page or email talk@divisionmarketar.world with your service agreement details and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning any deliverables and process the refund according to our refund procedure.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services or situations are generally not eligible for return or refund: services that have been fully completed and delivered, custom work that has been implemented or integrated, services cancelled after the agreed completion date, work that has been modified or altered by the client, and any services where the client has breached the service agreement terms.

Order Cancellation

Clients may cancel service agreements with written notice to divisionmarketar. Cancellation requests should be submitted through our contact page or via email at talk@divisionmarketar.world. Any work completed prior to cancellation remains billable according to the original agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service initiation may be eligible for full refund, subject to review.

Refund Procedure

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds for services paid by credit card will be credited to the same card. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed through the original payment channel. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed services, calculated based on work completed versus work remaining.
